Conference Sponsorship Packages
Most conference sponsorships are bought on booth size and logo placement, then judged a year later on a badge-scan list nobody follows up. This page is written to help you avoid that.
Below: what each package at RWE Connect 2026 actually contains, and a framework for judging any medical conference sponsorship on the only number that matters, which is what a qualified meeting costs you.
No automated sequence. Sanjib reads and replies to these personally.
The framework
How to Judge a Sponsorship Package
Before comparing any two events, compare them on these six things. Booth dimensions and logo tiers are not on the list, because neither has ever produced a meeting.
The only comparable number
Working Out Cost per Qualified Meeting
Every event will quote you a package price. Almost none will tell you what that price buys in meetings, because on most of them it is not knowable in advance. It is worth doing the arithmetic yourself before you commit budget.
RWE Connect 2026 is built to be measured this way. Sponsors name the buyers they want to meet, meetings are scheduled through the Partnering Lounge before the event opens, and the delegate list is shared rather than withheld. Ask us for the meeting commitment attached to any package and we will put it in writing.

Ways to Sponsor RWE Connect 2026
Packages are built around an objective rather than a price point. Most sponsors combine two or three. Pricing and availability are in the prospectus, because both move as places are taken.
The audience
Who You Will Be Meeting
The seniority figure is the one to interrogate, so here it is up front alongside the functional mix.
Seniority is confirmed: 150+ attendees, around 60% at Director or VP level and above. The functional mix shown is indicative; confirmed registration splits are shared with sponsors from the live delegate list.
In every package

Sponsorship Packages: Common Questions
What sponsorship packages are available at RWE Connect 2026?
Headline sponsorship, exhibition stands, main-agenda speaking and panel slots, the Partnering Lounge meeting programme, hosted networking such as roundtables and receptions, and a slot in the Innovation Showcase. Most sponsors combine two or three. Full inclusions are set out in the prospectus.
How much does it cost to sponsor a medical conference like this?
Costs vary by package and by what remains available, which is why pricing sits in the prospectus rather than on the page. The more useful question is what a package costs per qualified meeting once you include stand build, travel and the salary cost of the team you send. We will give you the meeting commitment attached to any tier so you can run that calculation before committing.
How should we compare this against a larger industry conference?
Compare on buyer mix, the Director-and-above share, whether meetings are booked in advance, whether speaking slots are editorially reviewed, and what delegate data you leave with. A larger event will win on raw attendance. The question is what proportion of that attendance can buy what you sell, and whether you will actually get in front of them.
Who attends, and how senior are they?
Around 200 senior professionals across real-world evidence, real-world data, HEOR, market access, epidemiology, regulatory and medical affairs. Around 60% are at Director or VP level and above. The confirmed seniority split and the live functional breakdown are shared with sponsors from the delegate list.
How do the pre-scheduled meetings work?
Through the Partnering Lounge. After you confirm, you nominate the organisations and roles you want to meet. We match those against registered delegates and schedule the meetings before the event opens, so your team arrives with a diary rather than a stand and a hope. Meeting allocation scales with package level.
Can we speak on the main agenda as a sponsor?
Yes, and several packages include it. Slots are subject to editorial fit, because a sponsored session that does not earn its place damages both the agenda and the sponsor. We will tell you honestly whether a proposed topic works before it is scheduled.
What delegate data do sponsors receive, and when?
The delegate list is shared ahead of the event so outreach can be planned rather than rushed afterwards, and a post-event summary covers who you met. Data is shared under the terms in the sponsor agreement and in line with the privacy policy.
Is availability limited, and when should we decide?
Yes. Headline sponsorship is a single place, and exhibition and meeting allocations are finite. Meeting slots in particular are allocated in the order sponsors confirm, so the sponsors who confirm earlier get first choice of who they are introduced to. Earlier is materially better here, not just commercially convenient for us.
Who typically sponsors RWE Connect 2026?
Real-world data providers, analytics and AI companies, CROs running observational and RWE studies, HEOR and market access consultancies, technology platforms and pharma service providers. Truveta, Magnolia Market Access, Forian and Arcadia have confirmed for 2026.
How do we get the prospectus?
Use any form on this page. It reaches Sanjib Biswas and the team directly, and you will get a reply with the full prospectus attached, usually within one business day. There is no automated sequence behind it.
